Andrea Moran graduated from New York University in 1969 and from Fordham University School of Law in 1972 and was admitted to the Bar of the State of New York the same year. She has been a practicing attorney with law offices in Ulster County for almost thirty years. Ms. Moran has been in a law partnership with Steven Gottlieb for the past five years. She focuses mainly on Divorce and Matrimonial law.
Over the last three decades, Ms. Moran has represented thousands of clients in Family Courts in more than ten counties, in cases involving child custody, visitation, abuse, neglect and domestic violence. Mrs. Moran has successfully represented clients, who have been victims of domestic violence and abuse, and she has successfully defended clients against false allegations of abuse and parent alienation syndrome. She has also represented thousands of clients in Supreme Court in many upstate counties for divorce litigation and has litigated, at the trial and the appellate level, many cases involving issues of separate and marital property and equitable distribution, as well as issues involving income enhancement through the acquisition of degrees and state licenses. |
